MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY!

We all know that MARTIN LUTHER KING’S BIRTHDAY is actually January 15th but they move it around so that they can have the holiday on Monday. I know the schools have off, also. I am thinking to really honor him, kids should be in school and spend part of that day learning more about him. You really think when kids are off from school they are going to really bone up on what MARTIN LUTHER KING has achieved! Yep, they will go to the parades! Need to rethink this!

Anyway, had a nice birthday celebration yesterday for HUBBY! He loves parties of all shapes and sizes!

So for you early risers, here is a menu for you to start the day and then get out there and commemorate MARTIN LUTHER KING! Here is an eerie detail for you: HUBBY has same birthday at Mr. King and Mr. King died on my birthday! Weird, huh!
