Good Morning Foodies! I will not be posting March 3, 4, 5, 6th because it is the big MARDI GRAS celebration. I am going to pretend that this week is Mardi Gras. So as you see from my title, LUNDI GRAS, we will assume today is the day before FAT TUESDAY.

Today’s menu are some great party treats if you have revelers descend upon you. The first recipe, MISSY’S BOUDIN STUFFED PUFF PASTRY, is a hit anytime. You will love this recipe. We were all crazy for it when she brought it for one of our family gatherings. She said she got it from my other niece, ALICIA L. GANDY. Both gals can cook!

I hope the weather will be nice for the upcoming festivities. There is nothing worse standing at a parade route trying to catch those magical beads while it is cold and rainy!
