I don’t know about you but there is never a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH that I will not eat. I love them, no matter how old I get. There is something about a good GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH that pulls me back to my youth and brings great memories. I still can see my mom making them when it was something we needed quickly and maybe the pantry or ref was a little bare! Doesn’t matter, it felt like a MILLION DOLLAR MEAL to me! You can see I pumped up the sandwich today with our fabulous CREOLE MATERS!

Now, as for the soup—don’t know about you but when you plant zucchini-YOU CAN FEED THE WORLD! Always trying to find new ways to use them up! Never disappointed!
