Good Morning Foodies! I hope your team won the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME last night. Thought the game would be closer but looks like the DUCKS got their FEATHERS A LITTLE TARRED! I guess those BUCKEYE NUTS are HARD TO CRACK! Today’s menu is one that I like to prepare for HUBBY’S BIRTHDAY! It is one of my favorites also. I always like to create special menus for special events. … I often hear my kids talk about an event and then all of a sudden they will throw in a food that was served at that event. That makes me feel good. I know that the special effort I made did not go unnoticed. It does not have to be extravagant. A simple CHILI DOG, CHIPS AND HOMEMADE ICE CREAM can create a HAPPY FACE as well!
