Don’t know about you but we are about to hit mid-summer already—I really find time is just whizzing by! In two weeks we will be celebrating FOURTH OF JULY! Today’s menu is one that is great for that holiday gathering. I had a zillion banana peppers in my garden this summer. Really don’t know why I planted so many! There are just so many things you can do with those little guys, but I do my best! I am loving all the sweet corn that is around right now. That is actually something I can eat right off the cob-RAW! So, so sweet and yummy!
