Now that the big holidays are over, as well as, those big festive meals, it is time to think about my meal preparation differently. After my busy week, I always look forward to a very simple meal! Even better than that, I look forward to those warm, home-cooked meals on those cold winter nights. None of us want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen to get these results. I look for those meals that come together quickly and fight off that winter cold as well. After all, this is the perfect time of year for all those comforting meals. This is one for the books! Yes, I am aware that in the SOUTH, we could be looking at making ice cream the next day with 80 degree temps. I try to ignore all that and pretend in my mind that is nice and cold outside!
I hope all your FOOTBALL TEAMS won their BOWL GAMES! Guess my SAINTS won’t be playing in THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
