Fresh Green Bean & Creole Tomato Salad with Dressing
As you can see from the above menu, those gardens should soon be producing. I also see that the crawfish season will soon be coming to an end. Now is the time to get your fill on the ‘”CRAWDADS”! Within two weeks, there will be the BIG CRAWFISH FESTIVAL IN BREAUX BRIDGE. I must say those are some very versatile critters! Love this season.
I have some tomatoes on my plants. I just have to be very creative in harvesting them before the birds, squirrels and raccoons. Pesky little critters love DEM MATERS!
