Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches

I am sure most of you will start your FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY sometimes later this week to get a head start. Today’s menu is one that is great for the upcoming festivities. I know many people like to have foods that are just placed out and can be quickly picked up to eat. This menu is one of those.
