What a beautiful weekend we had for our family wedding. Could not ask for anything better! The decorations, the atmosphere, the mingling of new family and friends, the food and beverages were perfect! Always nice to meet new people and introduce them into our culture and most of importantly make them feel like family.

Today’s menu is sort of a fun and easy one! Every once and a while, I have some shrimp leftover when I do the BBQ version. This is a great recipe to use them in a new way rather than just heating them up. There is so much you can add to this dish.
