Good Morning Foodies! Today’s menu is one of my favorites when it is just too hot to do anything. It is simple and delicious. The beverage is a nice cool-down. Whenever I can get fresh tuna, this is one of those dishes that is fabulous with leftover grilled tuna. It is also a great luncheon idea for ladies or picnics.

Don’t forget the great bread to go along with it all.
