Good Morning Foodies!

Today’s Menu:

Spaghetti with Clams
Grilled Eggplant Caprese Style
Candy Cane Cake

This is officially the whole last week of shopping for me. I try not to venture to stores the week of CHRISTMAS!
While in New Orleans, I noticed quite a few of the restaurants have started doing the pasta with clams, mussels, etc. Quite intriguing! Thought I would give it a shot.
