Well, well, well, my TIGERS are playing like “LSWHO”! Such a disappointment! Once again, with all that talent we are “OUTCOACHED”! Something new has to happen! I am a fan of Les Miles but am tired of hearing him say, “WE HAVE A TEAM OF QUALITY YOUNG MEN!” Need to hear something else! Then HOLY MOLY, THE SAINTS——!!!!!!!!! I think it is time for me to switch over to BASKETBALL!
I am so saddened by the events that happened in PARIS! I cannot believe these “THUGS” are ruining our world! I constantly pray for PEACE AND LOVE! I am hoping GOD has a surprise plan up his sleeve for these MORONS!
Here we are one week before the BIG TURKEY DAY! I really think this is one of my best holidays. I like that it falls on a Thursday and then you have three days to relax and eat all the leftovers. Of course, if you partake in the BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING FRENZY—it takes on a whole different meaning.
The next couple of days the menus will reflect some new ideas for this holiday if you want to do something other than turkey! I always like to have a little variety or try something new. I always think of the TURKEY as the old stand-by! It lurches in the corner and steadily waits for the guests to pick it apart!
This pork loin recipe is done in a SLOW COOKER! I like that! On hectic days, set it up and go about your schedule for other things that require your attention!
