Angry Trout!
My entree-Angry Trout! Went out on a limb and got this dish. Great story about the name “Angry “. Fish is filleted, then they pull the tail of the fish through his mouth which makes the fish look angry! All I can say is that angry fish made me Happy! Look closely at pic and you can see his tail in his mouth !
