I think we all have to agree that after our “PURGING RAINS” from a few weeks back, provided the most beautiful weather. This truly felt like SPRING! I hope you all got to enjoy the wonderful freshness. I know it made my MOTHER’S DAY so special! I felt like GOD said, “OKAY, ALL YOU HEAVENLY MOTHERS, NEED A FABULOUS DAY TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE FRUITS OF ALL YOUR HARD WORKS, EFFORTS AND SACRIFICES!” Yep, I will take that weekend anytime. Our end of the year luncheon for the SENIOR ANGELS OF OUR LADY QUEEN OF ANGELS was a nice gathering. Like I said when you surround yourselves by ANGELS, how can you have a bad day! I hear we are in for some more rounds of rain this week. I guess everything needs a “CLEANSING” every now and then.

As this month moves on, quite rapidly as I see it, there are many things coming up within the next few weeks. What we all need are some great menus that don’t tie you down in the kitchen and cause you to miss all the fun. Plan ahead and get out there and enjoy your family events.
