Today’s Menu:
Good Morning Foodie! So here we are the second day after DAYLIGHT SAVINGS WENT INTO EFFECT! How did your day go on Sunday—you were either on time or an hour late to any event that was on your schedule! I always find when I am at mass on Sunday, this is where you see the divided groups. People coming a bit late—ah yes, you got caught! Not sure about you but I really don’t like the changing of time—really don’t see any benefit! I know it was to help farmers now but I see these big ole JOHN DEER CONTRAPTIONS in the field that have HEADLIGHTS, AC/HEAT, AND probably ROOM SERVICE! It also takes my mind, body and spirit a while to get use to the change. Very slowly, unfortunately!
This week’s menu will be featuring the upcoming “ST. PATRICK’S DAY!” Amazing how we all become “IRISH”! I like to think of it as being versatile!
