Good Morning Foodies! Today’s REPEAT MENU is a nice one to have this time of year. I put it with the “COMFY FOOD” category! If you had to pick one of the recipes, do the dessert. My sister-in-law, SIS MORROW LAPORTE, makes this one. It is so good and easy! I think I like anything with YAMS in it!
Today’s gadget from E’s Kitchen is the OXO MINI ADJUSTABLE MEASURING CUP. The cup is adjustable for easy, convenient measurement of various volumes. The smooth, rotating body and comfortable turning knob is perfect for measuring and dispensing peanut butter, honey and other sticky ingredients.
The internal track easily guides plunger to desired measurement marking. The silicone disk acts as a squeegee on inside of cup. The generous rim allows for easy pouring wet or dry ingredients. The mini size is easy to store and ideal for measuring small volumes—down to 1/8 of a cup. It is top-rack dishwasher safe.
All in all, you just need one measuring cup, instead of using one for every size. I NEED THIS!!!!
Yesterday, one of the FOODIES posted a picture of a gadget that caught everyone’s eye. I was actually going to post it next week. It comes from E’s Kitchen also. It is the TRUDEAUK’S 2-N-1 AVOCADO SLICER.
