Good Morning Foodies! The repeat menu today is one that works for those late mornings when you want to do a brunch type of meal. It is one of my favorites. I must say I have become a “KALE” addict. Just love the stuff! Give it a try—nice switch from spinach!

Today’s Gadget from E’s Kitchen is the OXO GOOD GRIPS PINEAPPLE SLICER! The pineapple slicer quickly and easily cores and slices your fresh pineapples. There is a ratcheting turning knob for continuous rotations. The measurement markings on the shaft help prevent piercing the bottom of the pineapple shell. The knob and shaft separate with the press of a button for easy cleaning. I am thinking I need a trip to HAWAII, TO TRULY TEST, HOW GOOD A PINEAPPLE CAN TASTE AND BE SLICED IN ONE SWOOP!
