IGNORE EGG DATES! I have a PEEP (DAUGHTER) who is vigilant about EXPIRATION DATES! So here is a tip on EGGS! I know we often joke that EGGS don’t go bad, but they do and certainly can go bad. The SELL-BY-DATE on the carton isn’t your guide to whether the EGG is still good. Don’t automatically toss them after that date. Instead, place an egg in a glass of water. GOOD EGGS SINK and BAD EGGS FLOAT!
