Hooray, the last week of AUGUST is upon us! Big weekend approaching! LABOR DAY and OPENING WEEK FOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL! I also learned today that some terrific musicians are gathering at the EVANGELINE DOWNS EVENT CENTER this Sunday from 2-10 pm to raise money for the FLOOD VICTIMS. It costs $10 to get in. Some of the performers are WAYNE TOUPS, ATCHAFALAYA, HUNTER HAYES, to name a few. If you want more information, google ACADIANA STRONG! All inspiring for these performers to give their time to help. Everyone involved is donating their time! Hats off to those who did not forget their roots! So excited!
