Paul from E’s Kitchen has just returned from market. I am sure he has found some new and exciting gadgets. Today I am sharing with you some of the hottest gadgets for those outside grilling events. I am always amazed at the inventions that they come up with. These were advertised in SHARPER IMAGE but I am sure you can find them at E’s Kitchen, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Target or other Kitchen Shops. So here goes the gadgets I find interesting:

1-BBQ GRILL LIGHT AND FAN ($89.99) Cook perfectly grilled steaks, ribs and burgers—even at night! With this clamp-on light and fan system, 4 ultra-bright LED lights illuminate your grill surface, while dual fans pull smoke up and away. Fans and lights have separate switches, for individual functions. Lights rotate up to 300 degrees for the perfect outdoor task lighting while you baste, flip and grill to perfection. Universal clamp attaches to virtually any hood (except Kettle style hoods.)

2-AUTOMATIC BBQ GRILL CLEANING ROBOT ($129.99) This Robot tackles your charred, dirty grill, whether it is hot or cool. Simply press a button and a computer directs the robot back and forth over your grill with three powerful motors. Three spinning brass wire brushes safely clean your grates without compromising the flavor of future meals. An auto timer shuts off the robot when job is done (about 10-20 minutes) and the brushes pop off for cleaning in the dishwasher.

3-RAPID ELECTRIC FIRESTARTER ($74.99) You can light your charcoal, briquettes, wood, hardwood, pellets, heat beads and more in just 60 seconds—without smelly lighter fluids or chemicals. The 1500 WATTS of heating power makes it fast and easy to get your grill up to cooking temperature in a flash. Simply make a pile of charcoal, touch the pile with the tip of device and pull it backwards when you see the glow. It reaches up to 600 degrees F. Also great for fireplaces.

4-DIGITAL BBQ FORK ($39.99) To make sure your beef, poultry, pork, or fish are thoroughly cooked this FORK is your best friend. It reads internal temperatures accurately in seconds. Or, you can set your desired temperature and the FORK lights up and beeps when that temperature is reached. The FORK also has a built-in flashlight for cooking in low light. Can be used for indoor or outdoor cooking.

5-INTELLIGENT STEAK THERMOMETER ($59.99) Make perfect steaks every time with this gadget. Simply insert the cordless stainless steel probe into your raw steak and place it on the grill. The color-coded LED light tell you when your steak is ready: GREEN-MEDIUM RARE; YELLOW-MEDIUM; RED-WELL DONE. Grilling multiple steaks? Just use one device to monitor them all. It is safe and hygienic way to prepare great-tasting beef, game or fish. Heat resistant to 900 degrees F. It can also be used in frying pan or oven. Built in battery is designed to last 20 years (roughly 1000 uses).

I chose some of our family favorites for the REPEAT MENU. This is a great menu to use for the FOURTH OF JULY. If you look back on the last few suggestions, I am sure if you mix and match some of the ideas, you will have a fantastic presentation for the FOURTH OF JULY. I also think any of the above gadgets will come in handy for all that outside grilling.
