Today’s menu is one of my childhood favorites. I always knew if there was my Mother’s meatloaf, we would have Mac & Cheese. I know lots of people turn their noses up at meatloaf. I am not quite sure why. It is just a glorified burger or meatball! I do know for a fact that my GRAND PEEPS do love my Mac & Cheese. The pie was one of my dad’s favorites, especially when those fresh peaches started to come in.
I always say “FOOD IS A GREAT VEHICLE FOR CREATING MEMORIES!” Trust me if you serve this you will create a wonderful, belly-filling memory!
