Good Morning Foodies!

I think I just get tired thinking about what is coming up this weekend and beyond! I am sure all the SUPER BOWL AND MARDI GRAS HOOPLA begins today! I am hoping at least the weather holds up nicely for MARDI GRAS. SUPER BOWL is in Santa Clara, CA—don’t see the weather being an issue there!

All you FOODIES who live beyond the realm of MARDI GRAS, you need to put it on your BUCKET LIST! All across our great state, you can get a taste of various sizes and traditions of these CRAZY, JOYFUL, FUN-FILLED DAYS! I really believe you need to experience everything from FRED’S in MAMOU, to BACCHUS, ENDYMION, ZULU and REX in NEW ORLEANS and those in-between ones of LAFAYETTE, NEW ROADS, HOUMA, ETC. There is bound to be something that you will enjoy!

I will not be posting next MONDAY, TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY because of these holidays. I will do one short post on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH to supply you with a menu for VALENTINE’S DAY! Gotta Celebrate the HEART!
