Today’s menu is very straight forward and simple. You are going to need meals like this with the upcoming HOLIDAY RUSH!

Take special note of the PUMPKIN SPICE BARS! Carla (one of my neighbors) brought this to me one day when I was knee deep in my kitchen preparing foods for the blog. She came with several items but these little gems really saved my day! With a nice cup of coffee or tea, it hit the spot! Give them a try! I often wonder if I send her pictures of me slaving away if she would bring me more treats!
