REPEAT WEDNESDAY AND GADGET DAY

Just a warning, I will be using YAMS quite a bit in the next couple of months. For those of you FOODIES who are not from the OPELOUSAS area, you have to understand, we are the YAM CAPITAL. I get crates of YAMS and always looking for new ways to use them. They are also called SWEET POTATOES! If you have not tried them, give them a chance. I did not eat or really know anything about them until I got married and moved to this area. I love them prepared just about any way!
You also know this is the time of year, that people start shaking those pecan trees to get all the nuts they can. When you get your first batch, try this pie. So delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
