Whenever a special occasion pops up, I always try to plan a very special menu. It does not have to be fancy. Sometimes the simple things are the best. Today and tomorrow’s menus are the ones I love to do for ANNIVERSARIES, SPECIAL BIRTHDAYS OR SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS. I think your guests should remember the meal as well as what you are celebrating.
