Good Morning Foodies! Once again the ST. LANDRY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE pulled off a most successful SOIREE ROYALE! This is my third year judging this event. Trust me it is not an easy task. Every dish is truly fabulous, extremely creative and over the top in presentation. I wish I could give everyone a “NUMBER 1 VOTE”! I also want to thank all the lovely ladies who made us “JUDGES” feel so special. Our judging area was the best ever. Everything was so organized and set up to perfection to handle that extremely hard job of ours in judging. Great job done by some very dedicated ladies! Thanks for including me again this year. It is always a honor and pleasure.The menu today is one that is good for those game days or just casual gatherings. The FESTIVE CRESCENT BITES are a fabulous way to use up those leftovers in your refrigerator. They freeze beautifully. The WRAPS are always a big hit. This too can be substituted with ground chicken, turkey, meat, etc. Very easy and wonderful to fix.
