Good Morning Foodies! Oh yes, another recipe for my CREOLE MATERS! I apologize to you FOODIES out there who dislike TOMATOES! Just bear with me, the season is almost over-BAH, BAH, BAH!
The chicken dish has the addition of BUTTERNUT SQUASH. I love this veggie. It is real similar to yams/sweet potatoes. My thought is when I can’t get yams I can always substitute the BUTTERNUT SQUASH! It is very versatile. What is even better, you can purchase it in those steamer bags now. Let me tell you, trying to cut open a fresh squash is a major undertaking. This makes it so much easier and quicker.
