Good Morning Foodies! Well, here we are-SUMMERTIME IS HERE! I know you all are on vacation, planning a vacation, hauling kids to summer camps, ball parks, and swimming pools or just trying to survive being at home and provide a nice meal while beating the heat. The next couple of weeks will be focused on that goal.

Just remember a little planning goes a long way in helping you stay organized. Of course, if you have a “MAN” around to help with the grilling—in theory this is to help you save time and energy. We all know “WHEN A MAN DOES THE BBQ”, first: The WOMAN buys the food. The WOMAN makes the salad, prepares the side dishes and makes the dessert. The WOMAN prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray, prepares the sauce, sets up the plates, utensil, napkins and ices down the beverages. While the WOMAN, heats the bread, the MAN, places the meat on the grill! Then, everyone praises the MAN and thanks him for his brilliant cooking efforts! Ahhhh-yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, just go with it!
