Good Morning Foodies! As I look at the calendar, I can almost call to mind the images of what all you FOODIES are doing just about now! There are numerous GRADUATIONS, AWARD BANQUETS, CLOSING OUT CEREMONIES, PLANNING FOR THE UPCOMING MEMORIAL HOLIDAY and let us not forget—SUMMER VACATIONS! What a Whirl Wind!

Today’s menu is one that I have done on numerous occasions. When I find that I have a truck load of people to entertain and I really don’t want to spend the whole time in the kitchen—I set up WONDERFUL BUFFETS! This way your guests can eat when they want and it makes the mingling of guests and conversations so much more enjoyable. All you really need to do is keep your eye open for refills on the BUFFET LINE! We all need to enjoy these wonderful moments in TIME!
