Good Morning Foodies! This past weekend was a nice one that we just laid back and enjoyed the fabulous weather. We got to be with some of our oldest and dearest friends and just have a few great laughs and enjoy the moment. We all get so wrapped up in our lives, our children’s lives and work that sometimes we just need to make time for those great, great friends. I love those occasional cool spells, also. Nothing beats a nice outside fire—no matter the temp. Since tomorrow is the CRAZY CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION, I thought I would give you a menu today just in case you needed to prepare something for those hungry mouths around your home. It is a fun kind of menu—easy to prepare and you can feed all those hungry gringos!
