CLOSING OUT THE MONTH!
Today’s Menu:
Good Morning Foodies! RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU HAVE A TREE DOWN OR SOME TYPE OF DEBRIS IN YOUR YARD FROM YESTERDAY’S MOST SCARY WEATHER EVER! Hopefully, things will calm down today! I know there were so many FESTIVALS this past weekend. There was also a lot of RAIN AND WIND! I am hoping that all the FESTIVITIES were able to continue despite the horrible weather. I did not get to go to the JAZZ FEST IN NO but did some other fun things. Never fear there is always something new and interesting around every corner of the BIG EASY!
As most of you can see from your calendar that the month of April is winding down. This coming weekend is also the famous KENTUCKY DERBY! Great time to have a party and put on those crazy hats!
Since time is real short this week, I will feature menus that gear toward the upcoming CINCO DE MAYO which is next Tuesday, May 5th. I am always amazed how we can easily adapt to being IRISH ON ST. PADDY’S DAY and HISPANIC ON CINCO DE MAYO. This just goes to show you that we like a GOOD TIME—ANYWHERE, ANY HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
