Good Morning Foodies! Today’s menu is one that I am doing in honor of my Dad. These were some of his favorites and since tomorrow is ST. JOSEPH’S DAY I thought it was appropriate to post his favorite Italian foods. I am posting the OSSO BUCO but typically you would not serve this on ST. JOSEPH’S DAY because you serve no “MEATS” on that FEAST DAY but the other items were definitely on the agenda.

Today’s GADGET FROM E’S KITCHEN IN LAFAYETTE, LA is high quality TRUDEAU MUFFIN PAN. This MUFFIN PAN is made from silicone with a steel reinforced structure. Tomorrow is the beginning of “MARCH MADNESS”. I was shocked to see that my “TIGERS” got into the tournament! They have a rough path to travel to get far in their bracket but I will be pulling for them. The only other thing I have to say about this, “I DON’T SEEM TO LIMIT MADNESS JUST TO MARCH!”
