Good Morning Foodies! When you look at today’s repeat menu, the “COLCANNON” is probably the first Irish dish that I ate that I did not know what it was. My friend, Madge Schiff, prepared this dish and I was intrigued by it. I really like this! It gives potatoes a nice little kick!
