Today’s Gadget from E’s Kitchen in Lafayette, LA is the CHEF’N QUICK STICK! This gadget quickly cut fruits and veggies into snacking spears. You simply place the produce in the tube, then press. The QUICK STICK is perfect for those school lunches, salad preps and those snacks. It is also great for quartering grapes, cherry tomatoes, etc.
If you are trying to eat healthier and shed a few winter pounds, this is a great gadget to have on hand. You can stock your refrigerator with all those veggies and fruits prepped and ready to pop into your mouth. Great way to get kids to eat more veggies!

Today’s repeat menu is a favorite of mine. I did not grow up eating beef stroganoff and noodles. Trust me in an ITALIAN HOUSEHOLD, there is going to be other things on those noodles. I am always willing and ready to try new things. This is one of those things that I learned to love.
My Aunt Mimi made those Lemon Tarts. She knew lemon was my favorite when I was a child and always made a few extra for me. I loved her for that. I still love those LEMON TARTS!
