Today’s Gadget: Cast-Iron Oyster Pan
Good Morning Foodies! Today’s REPEAT MENU features TEACUP’S OVEN-BBQ CHICKEN DISH! This is one of my MOTHER-IN-LAW’S famous dishes. It is quite unusual, tasty and easy. Sometimes I forget about this recipe and when I am looking for something new to do with chicken, I always think of this recipe. I think you will pleased when you create this dish.
Today’s gadget is the CAST-IRON OYSTER PAN. You can cook delicious oysters on the grill or stovetop with this pan. The pan features 12 depressions that are perfect for holding oysters on the half-shell or fully shucked. I also had one FOODIE that told me she cooked shrimp with these pans. The pan can be preheated to speed cooking time. The pan is 19”x 13”. My daughter-in-law, NICOLE, gave one to me for my birthday. My dish is not the cast iron but heavy metal. I believe the cast iron you will have to treat like you do all the cast-iron products. Anyway, I love mine!
