Today’s Gadget is the CERAMIC GRATING PLATE. Garlic, ginger, nutmeg, hard cheeses-this CERAMIC GRATER tackles them all and does the grating and even zesting job beautifully. Use it for prep work or to whip up and serve a quick garlic dipping oil for bread. It is dishwasher safe. The stoneware will not wear down over time.
