Good Morning Foodies!

How many of you out there own a MIRACLE SWIMSUIT or at least tried one on? Oh yes, these suits force you to do extreme diets and exercises! Not a fun adventure!

If you want to wear a normal bathing suit, your food must consist of the following: VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE, ANTIBIOTICS FREE, RAW, NON-GMO, ORGANIC, FAT FREE AND LOW CARB! Doesn’t that sound scrumptious! I believe that means you can eat “ICE”!

Some diets are extremely hard! Sometimes I buy donuts without the sprinkles on them!

Now, let’s talk about all those exercise programs out there! I believe they hire evil people to create some of those equipment pieces and programs!
I don’t know about you, but every morning before I get out of bed, I do a series of sit-ups! Yes, I know you are thinking, “WOW”! I can only do so many because hitting the SNOOZE BUTTON gets old! Seriously, why doesn’t “TOSSING AND TURNING” count as exercise! I easily do that in my sleep!
I do love walking with my exercise gals! Our mouths move as fast as our feet! I am not a “RUNNER”! If you ever see me running, you should also run because something is probably chasing me!

I have been successful with “LIQUID DIETS”! After “4” GLASSES OF WINE, I no longer care how much I weigh!

All silliness aside, the best exercise routine for me to start every day is to do “DIDDLY SQUATS”!
