Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • BUTTER FUDGE
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 t. cocoa
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • ½ c. chopped pecans or favorite nuts, optional
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for exactly 1 minute.
  3. Place the peanut butter, vanilla and nuts in a bowl.
  4. Pour the boiled mixture over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Beat until thick, this takes just about 1 minute.
  6. Immediately pour onto a buttered platter and allow to cool completely.
  7. Cut into squares.
Notes
*****You need to have the peanut butter mixture ready when you go to pour the boiling mixture over it. You can also use crunchy peanut butter.
