Yummy Ritz Crackers and Peanut Butter Bites Dipped in Chocolate

Ingredients
  • 1 box Ritz Crackers
  • 1 jar Peanut Butter
  • 1 bag crumbled almonds
  • White chocolate vanilla bark
  • Milk chocolate bark
Instructions
  1. Spread peanut butter on the Ritz Cracker and place another cracker to make a “sandwich”.
  2. Using a double boiler, melt both the chocolates, separately.
  3. Dip cracker in the white or dark chocolate and place on wax paper.
  4. After dipping and while chocolate is still warm, sprinkle with crumbled almonds.
  5. Drizzle opposite color bark on each cookie. (Use the end of a butter knife to drizzle.)
Notes
*****You can use pecans, toffee, etc. instead of almonds. This recipe came from my niece, Ruthie Laporte. They are divine.
