Crunchy Potato Dogs

Ingredients
  • ½ c. water
  • 2 T. butter
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 (10-oz.) pouch Betty Crocker Ultimate Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 pouch Cheese Sauce from the potato box
  • 5 wooden skewers
  • 5 beef hot dogs
  • ½ c. crushed potato chips or corn chips or your favorite chip and flavors
  • Mayo, mustard, catsup, pickles
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 375. In saucepan, heat water and butter and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in milk and 1 pouch of potatoes. Mix until well blended.
  3. Stir in cheese pouch.
  4. Insert skewer into hot dog. Pack mashed potato mix around each hot dog, covering completely.
  5. Roll in crushed chips to coat.
  6. Place on baking sheet sprayed with PAM.
  7. Bake 10-15 minutes or until hot dogs are hot and coating is lightly browned.
  8. Serve with pickles and favorite dipping sauce.
