Chocolate Chip S'mores

Ingredients
  • 16 Chips Ahoy Cookies, divided
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 t. Baker’s Angel Flake coconut
  • 16 miniature marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Place 8 cookies, flat-sides up, on microwaveable plate.
  2. Top with some chocolate, coconut and marshmallow.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until chocolate is almost melted.
  4. Cover with remaining cookies. Press down lightly to secure.
  5. Microwave 30 sec. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
  6. Serve warm. Or cover and refrigerate 5-10 minutes or until filling is set.
Notes
*****Let kids get involved by using filling choices such as different candies and crushed cookies. If you want to use oven, set at 350. Top 8 cookies as done above. Place on foil covered baking sheet. Bake 4 minutes. Cover with remaining cookies, press down lightly to secure. Bake 2-4 more minutes until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
