4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, seasoned
½-1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
Heat oven 375.
Mix together the soup, water, rice, onion powder, seasoning and veggies and place in a 2 qt. shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
Remove foil and top with cheddar cheese.
You can place back in oven briefly to melt cheese. Let casserole sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Flake the rice and veggies before serving.
Notes
*****You can substitute broccoli florets for the veggies and use ¼ c. grated Parmesan for the cheddar. Add 2 T. of parmesan to the soup. Sprinkle the chicken with remaining parmesan.
