Easy-Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 lbs. red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (6-oz.) pkg. smoked ham, chopped
- 1 (8-oz.) pkgs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. frozen peas
- Salt, red/black pepper
- Heat oven 350.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth in large bowl.
- Add potatoes, ham 1 ¾ c. cheddar and peas. Stir to evenly coat all ingredients. Season.
- Spoon into 13x9” baking dish sprayed with PAM.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 1 hour or until casserole is heated through and potatoes are tender.
