Asian Asparagus Tips With Lemon Chive Aioli

  • 1-2 bundles of asparagus tips, cleaned and woody ends removed
  • 1 c. Stonewall Kitchen-Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • Sea salt, fresh ground black pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1. Season the asparagus tips with salt and pepper. Place in Ziploc bag.
  • 2. Mix the sauce and olive oil and pour over tips.
  • 3. Marinate for at least 3 hours or better overnite.
  • Lemon Chive Aioli
  • ½ c. Miracle Whip or Mayo
  • 4 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. minced chives
  • 1 t. fresh lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 t. Tabasco
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
  2. When ready to serve, place the aioli in a bowl and place in center of a round platter.
  3. Drain the asparagus and arrange around the dip.
*****Serve as a dip or nice veggie for a brunch. Save the drained marinade into a container and refrigerate. You can reuse it as a marinade.
