Asian Asparagus Tips With Lemon Chive Aioli
- 1-2 bundles of asparagus tips, cleaned and woody ends removed
- 1 c. Stonewall Kitchen-Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
- ¼ c. olive oil
- Sea salt, fresh ground black pepper
- Paprika
- 1. Season the asparagus tips with salt and pepper. Place in Ziploc bag.
- 2. Mix the sauce and olive oil and pour over tips.
- 3. Marinate for at least 3 hours or better overnite.
- Lemon Chive Aioli
- ½ c. Miracle Whip or Mayo
- 4 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. minced chives
- 1 t. fresh lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 t. Tabasco
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
- When ready to serve, place the aioli in a bowl and place in center of a round platter.
- Drain the asparagus and arrange around the dip.
*****Serve as a dip or nice veggie for a brunch. Save the drained marinade into a container and refrigerate. You can reuse it as a marinade.
