Ingredients
  • 1 (4.25 oz.) tube of orange, yellow, red or white decorating frosting
  • 1 can of chocolate fudge icing
  • 1 (11 ½ oz.) pkg. fudge-striped shortbread cookies (32)
  • 1 pkg. milk chocolate Kisses, unwrapped (32)
Instructions
  1. Spread a small amount of chocolate icing on bottom of chocolate kiss.
  2. Press the kiss in center of the cookie bottom (chocolate side up).
  3. Pipe a frosting band and bow around the base of each kiss.
