PEACH PRALINE PIE
- 1 t. flour
- 1 (9”) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- ⅓ c. flour
- ¼ c. sugar
- ¼ t. salt
- ¼ t. nutmeg
- ½ c. light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. fresh peaches, peeled, cut into 1” pieces
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- ¼ c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T. butter, softened
- ½ c. coarsely chopped pecans
- Sprinkle 1 t. flour over pie shell.
- Beat 3 T. of flour and sugar with salt, nutmeg, corn syrup and eggs in mixing bowl for 1 minute.
- Stir in peaches and melted butter. Spoon into pie shell.
- Combine remaining flour with brown sugar in bowl and mix well. Cut in 2 T. butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle evenly over peach mixture. Bake 375 for 45 minutes or until set, covering edge of pie with foil as needed to prevent from burning. Serve with ice cream.
