Veggie Tray with Three Dips (Fiesta, Spinach, and Three Cheese Spread)
- 12 oz. bleu cheese, at room temperature
- 10 oz. processed cheddar cheese spread, at room temperature
- 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 T. grated onion
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ground pecans
- ⅓ c. minced parsley
- ¼ to ½ c. miracle whip or mayo
- Tabasco to taste
- Mix the cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
- Fold in pecans and parsley.
- Add mayo to get the desired consistency. Add Tabasco to taste.
- Place in container and refrigerate or freeze.
*****Keeps indefinitely. You can omit the mayo and make a cheese ball, roll in additional pecans and parsley.
