Veggie Tray with Three Dips (Fiesta, Spinach, and Three Cheese Spread)
 
 
THREE CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. bleu cheese, at room temperature
  • 10 oz. processed cheddar cheese spread, at room temperature
  • 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 T. grated onion
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • ⅓ c. minced parsley
  • ¼ to ½ c. miracle whip or mayo
  • Tabasco to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
  2. Fold in pecans and parsley.
  3. Add mayo to get the desired consistency. Add Tabasco to taste.
  4. Place in container and refrigerate or freeze.
Notes
*****Keeps indefinitely. You can omit the mayo and make a cheese ball, roll in additional pecans and parsley.
