Frozen Chocolate Pie with Pecan Crust
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans (must be real fine)
- ⅓ c. firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- 2 t. Kahlua
- PAM
- Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Firmly press mixture into bottom and up sides of 9” pie plate, coated with PAM.
- Bake 350 for 12-14 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Press sides of crust with back of spoon. Cool completely.
