Mini Pecan Pies with Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients
  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. flour
Instructions
  1. Combine butter, flour and cream cheese. Mix well.
  2. Roll into small balls. Pat to fit bottom and sides of very small muffin pans.
  3. Fill with pecan filling.
  4. Bake 325 for 30 minutes
Notes
*****Makes 24 pies. Do not grease the muffin tins and use regular all purpose flour. This recipe was given to me by Nicole Morrow, my sweet daughter-in-law. They were delicious and easy.
